Looking for a Medical Director that will be responsible for supporting the development of clinical and scientific content to meet brand/client needs for both current clients and new business opportunities. This individual will work with internal account, strategy, and creative team members; clients; and physician thought-leaders to ensure the scientific quality, integrity, and relevance of content. The Medical Director is also responsible for guiding agency understanding of relevant pharmaceuticals, devices, and disease states, as well as assessing the current and future competitive environment.
To be considered, one must hold a relevant degree in the life sciences (PhD, PharmD, or MS) and have at least one to two years of experience in pharmaceutical communications, medicine, scientific or clinical research, etc. (pharmaceutical advertising experience preferred)
Must have pharmaceutical advertising agency experience
Able to quickly analyze, interpret, and comprehend scientific and clinical data across different therapeutic categories and disease states
Strong communication and writing skills
Organized and able to function independently
Must have experience in optimogoly Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
