Global company seeks an individual who has problem solving skills and pays close attention to detail who will design and implement quality control procedures for technologies using high precision wafer handling robotic systems for the manufacture of semiconductor devices, displays and backlighting.
Responsibilities:
Manage product lifecycle through reliability prediction analysis on existing or proposed products.
Work cooperatively with Management Team, R & D and Production Engineering to identify and quantify device failure modes and define reliability objectives.
Investigate customer quality concerns and ensure design integrity and safety requirements are in alignment with customer's expectations.
Actively practice the fundamentals of Six Sigma in studying equipment quality issues.
Required:
3
years of experience in the risk and failure field.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience doing failure analysis or root cause analysis on mechanical capital equipment.
