This role is with the COO team whose focus is the PMO manager with management and communications of key departmental projects, financial management and administrative support. The focus is on the delivery and coordination of a number of key projects within the Digital and Design offices.
The PMO manager will coordinate the project status of global development projects and develop project tracking and governance process, prepare executive summary and status reports, develop project marketing campaign to maximize exposure as primary function. Backup support for COO team on admin and finance functions may be secondary responsibility.
This role will have the following major duties and
Responsibilities:
Work with BA and Dev teams on governance and reporting of project status, assist in their initiation, planning, tracking and delivery of projects, work streams and system implementations throughout the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, tracking, analysis / design, testing, rollout and hand-over) working on a local and global basis.
Manage Research portfolio reporting interfacing with multiple projects and teams in parallel.
Lead, guide and assist team members to ensure coordinated tracking and reporting of status.
Ensure all work meets prescribed standards in design, quality, documentation and process
Stakeholder Management
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
5
years experience with managing diverse projects and teams
5
years experience in:
o Facilitating project / prioritisation meetings
o Managing stakeholder relationships
o Project and Development task/activity tracking and reporting
o Identifying and escalating risks and issues and identifying potential solutions
o Resource scheduling

Exceptional attention to detail
Senior project manager with PMO experience and excellent communications skills.
Investment banking & technical project experience preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
