Main Duties

Provide development and testing expertise to support the Middle Office/Back Office Operation teams, compliance, regulatory Control, Settlement Operations, Finance and other cross-IT functional teams.
Liaise with PM, BA and IT teams to develop and test for IT system implementation projects
Rapidly learn applications, processes and controls
Person Requirements
Essential Skills:
Preferred Degree - Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance
Solid understanding of C#/VB.NET, Microsoft .NET platform and Framework, workflow foundations working knowledge of web services, Windows Platform, messaging architectures, data models, UML
Must have thorough understanding of modern development technologies and infrastructures such as object oriented design, .NET/Java technologies, and middleware, databases and Unix/Windows servers
Core skills are C#. Net / WinForms /SQL
Must have exposure to either MSMQ or IBM Websphere MQ
Must have at least 3
years of experience with Oracle/SQL Server/Sybase

years of in-depth experience in object oriented business application design and development
8
years solid .NET development using C#
OPICS/OPICS Plus toolkit knowledge is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Back-office experience in most of the asset classes traded
Trade Lifecycle experience, especially as it pertains to post trade processes
Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills
Multi-tasking / balancing parallel workloads
Prior experience working with OPICS (nice to have)
Prior experience with the Mexican Market (nice to have)

Clear and Fluent English verbal and written communicating skills
Must be able to work effectively either independently & as a team member
