Whippany, NJ // Hybrid (a candidate needs to come down to the Whippany, NJ office 2 days week)Role DescriptionThis is a contract hybrid role for a Senior Business Transformation Consultant with one of our esteemed clients. The Senior Business Transformation Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with business transformation, which may include analyzing existing business processes and recommending improvements, leading complex change management initiatives, and offering management consulting services. This is a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Whippany, NJ but some work from home is acceptable.MUST to have:
Experience in developing dashboards using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and Qliksense Must have experience in creating presentations for senior management and presenting them in front of the CIO Required Skill:

years of experience working in a Financial organization or awareness of financial concepts Understanding of UX design principles for authoring powerful visualizations and storyboarding Deriving data insights and maintain them in dynamic Qliksense dashboards, presentations, and reports demonstrating multiple dimensions Solid understanding of complex enterprise organizational infrastructure and architecture environments Will have previously worked in an environment that has enabled them to gain a broad understanding of Financial Services. Desired Skill:
SQL, Python, Cloud Services, Data Governance Undertaking data analysis to support operational performance while providing comprehensive oversight to operational teams, senior leadership, service buyers, and regulators.
