Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products -Ability to measure and layout floor plan - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Create visually appealing product displays using layout design skills - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and make appropriate recommendations - - Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous retail flooring sales experience preferred -- Familiarity with layout design principles - - Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively sell products and meet sales targets - Experience in account management is a plus - As a Retail Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment, interact with customers, and contribute to the success of our store.
