years of experience as Tealeaf Developer with a focus on technical design and configuration. Expertise in Tealeaf data capture, tracking events, and dashboard/report creation. Strong experience in Tealeaf replay configuration and optimization for web and native screens. Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead collaboration with development teams. Proficiency in configuring and managing the Tealeaf data processing pipeline. Analytical skills for Tealeaf data analysis and reporting on customer journey/experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality Tealeaf solutions. Adaptable to changing project requirements and timelines. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Tealeaf within web and mobile applications. Ensure seamless integration and data collection for customer interaction analysis. Customize Tealeaf configurations to meet specific business requirements. Tailor the solution to capture relevant customer journey data and insights. Develop scripts or rules within Tealeaf for optimal performance. Configure and manage the Tealeaf data processing pipeline.
