The Receiving Associate is tasked with ensuring that all incoming product matches counts and that the data provided is 100% accurate.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Ability to carry up to 50 lbs.
(80 lbs.
w/ assistance) Must be highly organized.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
(Word & Excel) Must possess great attention to detail.
Must possess basic math and reasoning skills.
Strong understanding of safety rules and regulations.
Strong communication skills.
Basic understanding of computers and their respective peripherals.
Able to sit, stand, walk, push, and pull for up to 8 hours daily.
Responsibilities Report arrival of product via chat to proper personnel.
Break down all incoming pallets and small packages Ensure quantity accuracy Report any discrepancies or damages to proper personnel.
Document receiving outcomes by completing detailed reports.
Keep receiving area clear of any completed product.
Put away all received product into inventory locations Assist warehouse manager with consolidation of pallets to maximize space in warehouse.
Load and unload all incoming freight and small packages All other duties as assigned by Department Leaders.
