Modern office setting Flexibility Sample Coordinator Duties:
We manufacture and sell commercial flooring.
The Sample Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Collecting and managing data from email and internet forms.
- Coordinate and oversee the inventory, organization and shipping of flooring samples.
Knowledge of FedEx / UPS is helpful.
- Maintain accurate records of sample information and insure clients receive samples in a timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies necessary for sample management - Interact with our Sales Team in a friendly, helpful manner.
Skills:
